Terms of Service — LORIA Platform

Use of the LORIA merchant platform (the "Platform") is governed by a separate service agreement with each merchant.

The Platform provides tooling only. Each merchant is responsible for the content of messages sent from their own WhatsApp number, for obtaining their customers' consent where required, and for compliance with WhatsApp's Business and Commerce policies and applicable law.

We may suspend access to the Platform in case of misuse or of a violation of Meta's platform policies. These terms may be updated; the current version is always published on this page.
