Privacy Policy — LORIA Platform

We operate a customer-relationship platform for merchants (the "Platform"), provided by LORIA. This policy explains what data the Platform processes when a merchant connects their WhatsApp Business account.

Data we process

When a merchant connects their WhatsApp Business account, we process, on that merchant's instructions: their business phone number and WhatsApp Business Account (WABA) identifiers; the content of messages exchanged between the merchant and their customers; and delivery-status metadata for those messages.

How data is used

Data is used only to provide messaging, order-confirmation, and customer-support features to that merchant. It is never sold, and it is never shared with third parties except Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform, which acts as the transport provider for the messages themselves.

Retention and deletion

Merchants may request export or deletion of their data at any time by contacting us at loria.morocco@gmail.com. Deletion is completed within 30 days (see our Data Deletion Instructions page).
