Data Deletion Instructions — LORIA Platform

To request deletion of data associated with your WhatsApp Business account held by the LORIA Platform:

1. Send an email to loria.morocco@gmail.com with the subject "Data deletion request".
2. Include your WhatsApp Business Account (WABA) ID and your business phone number.

Requests are verified against account ownership and completed within 30 days. A confirmation is sent to the requesting address once deletion is complete.
